We manage our processes by developing strategies and capacities that guarantee respectful practices of Human Rights both internally and externally, ensuring the benefit throughout the supply chain
We reject any labor or contractual practice that promotes slavery, child labor, forced or compulsory labor; It deals with people, abuse or degradation of the human condition.
We generate awareness to avoid any type of discrimination based on race, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion or sexual orientation. We respect the right to freedom of worship, political affiliation of employees.
We recognize the right of free association of our employees respecting their participation in any form of collective bargaining, without admitting any type of discrimination to those who participate in these associations.
We strengthen business dialogue within a framework of respect and tolerance, promoting communication mechanisms so that our collaborators establish the right to express their opinions in an environment of mutual respect and to seek constructive solutions to differences.
